A lifetime of support and service backed by a 10 Year Guarantee
Because we have supreme confidence in the design and manufacture of our whistles, they come with a 10 year Guarantee, this provides for repair or replacement in the case of defective materials or workmanship for a minimum of 10 years. Damage caused by abuse or misuse of the instrument is not covered. Any unauthorised repairs or modifications render the limited 10 year warranty void. Plus if, for whatever reason your whistle problem is not covered by our warranty, please do contact us anyway we’ll always be there for you and will work out a solution. The warranty applies to the original purchaser of the goods and is non-transferrable. Anyone purchasing on-line will automatically be added to our database, your email being proof of purchase. If you bought your whistle from a shop you will need to register your whistle to qualify for the 10 year guarantee. To do this email us with the serial number included with your whistle and we will add you to our database. Your email address will then become your guarantee.
Exceptions
The acoustic resin option is not backed by the 10 year guarantee because of its slighly soft nature. It should last many years but may turn out to be something that needs replacing now and then. If it is neccesary to replace it, the head will need to be shipped back and the replacement done for a nominal fee.
Reeds are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.
Chladni plate Kit is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase through experience of experimenting.
